Meet The  Feral Forest Faerie

Hi forest families, my name is Naomi but I prefer to go by Nay. I am a nature play advocate with a background in Early Childhood, Mental Health Advocacy & I specialize in Crafting Natural Environments that promote a healthy childhood. I have married my childhood sweetheart and together we have one rainbow baby named Silas. I worked as a career nanny in the Bay Area while getting my degree in Early Childhood. In doing that i realized very quickly that working with small groups and bonding deeply with my students was essential for the type of preschool I wanted to create. I had nothing but time on my hands to create an extremely intentional play environment while waiting several years TTC with my son. In that time I reflected on how I wanted to shift from offering traditional nature based childcare, (long hours)  to a half day preschool & parent-child program that supported the whole family.
